Q: What’s the Order Process?
A: First time ordering with us: we will send you a sizing video and chart or you can simply request 20 nails. Once you send your sizes back, we will begin on the design

Returning Customer: We will reach out to you and ask about the specifics of your set, or you can explain what you want in the custom request section.
Q: How do I size my nails?
A: Sizing kits are optional and are numbered if you request a sizing kit. Make sure your nails are bare when you are sizing and using the ruler and tape method. You are looking for the most accurate fit from side wall to side wall.
Q: How many times can I reuse my press-on-nails?
A: With proper care, these nails can last as long as your favorite pair of jeans or sweatpants! Many people order or collect a wide range of sets so they can have options and change them out as they please. Adhesive tabs provided with your press-ons can be removed safely and cleanly but glue needs a little more time to remove (do not rip them off)
Q: Can I order replacement nails?
A: Of course! For easy replacement nail reorders, contact us at juwellsnailsco@gmail.com or just send a text.
Q: How long does it take to receive my finished nails?
A: We are working on improving time constantly but upon receiving your payment and sizing information, please allow at least 5-10 days for fulfillment time. If you are in a hurry, please add the rush order option to your cart or pick a ready to ship set that ships within 1-2 days.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: For Custom Sets, all items are final sale. Each set is made to your unique set of specifications and for your unique sizes if you do not order 20 nails. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
Q: Are products vegan and cruelty-free?
A: Yes! All of our products, from nail tip to gel polishes are vegan and cruelty-free.
